The American College of Prosthodontists has developed classification systems for complete edentulism, partial edentulism and the dentate patient. These systems are simple to use by completing the appropriate forms.  Please download the forms and try them in your practice.  The system will improve communication and it will assist you in patient evaluation and treatment planning.
